    功能 : 清热排毒,生津止渴,祛瘀通便,清利小便。 适应症 : 产后发热,下腹疼痛,恶露量多,口渴心烦,大便秘结,小便短赤。

    Step 1

    生姜洗净,捣烂取汁,与米酒、麻油、酱油、醋、食盐一起搅匀,配成调味汁备用。Obtain juice from ginger and then mixes with rice wine, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar and salt as sauce.

    Step 2

    将豆芽、金针花、木耳分别投入滚水内焯熟,捞出沥干水分后倒入盘内,淋入调味汁适当调味即成。Blanch bean sprout, dried Lily pulp and black fungus in boiling water; and then drain and arrange on serving plate, sprinkle with sauce and serve.
